The customer service team were extremely helpful and they handled all of my worries very professionaly and sorted anything I needed. They got my dress to me in time. The dress came in a vacuum packed package and it was turnt inside out to avoid any damages to the dress. Taking it out, the dress was very heavy, so I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be comfortable, however, I think this has to be one of the most comfortable dresses I have ever worn.
